Colteastwood No mate, its Xbox. Netflix and YT runs at mbs on the Xbox its literally only xbox services that has issues.
Ive had my ISP check my connection up and down PSDLs mbs , its Xbox. Ive literally spend months on the issue before giving up. But yes Xbox blames the ISP aswell.
